- 4 cups pear tomatoes (nicely ripened, yellow or red, diced or about 1-1/2 pounds Campari tomatoes seeded and diced)
- 1/4 tsp. fresh marjoram

- 1 1/2 Tbsp. capers (rinsed, drained and rough chopped)
- grated lemon zest (A touch of)
- 1/4 tsp. fresh thyme (minced)
