Very good! I used sriracha for the hot sauce (about 1 1/2 Tbsp) and a whole cube of tofu. Recipe says to soak the mushrooms for 6 hours but since I didn’t read the instructions in advance they got soaked for about 30 minutes. Still delicious!

Hot and sour soup is my favorite. This recipe was soooo easy and delicious! I'll never do take again!

cooked the tofu in seasoned corn starch, cooked off the mushrooms, removed added the aromatics added a little chili oil, retained the shitaki water with corn starch to thinken, and added the vegi broth to finish. Very good!

I'm not usually impressed with hot and sour soup when I go out to eat, but this stuff was so good and it was really easy to adjust just how hot it sour it was. It came together really quickly. I did substitute the shitake mushrooms for white button mushrooms that we on sale. Still delicious.
