I went with other posters’ advice and used taco seasoning which I am glad that I did. But it still is pretty much just cheese covered beef with soggy tortillas inside. For being so fattening it should of tasted better.

I added taco seasoning and it gave it a wonderful taste. Will definitely make again.
Added the taco seasoning as other people had suggested, and was excellent. My family devoured it in one sitting. Personally I would have preferred to add some vegetables, but the family was very happy

It turned out great. I used carb free tortillas and they were smaller so I used 5 instead of 3. I also added jalopeños and mushrooms to the onions. I added taco seasoning to the meat and it came out great!

I thought it was a little hard to cut and serve with the tortillas being flat but still yummy
Turned out great. I made a beef version and a chicken version. Added diced green peppers and black beans along with the onions and garlic. Next time I think I’ll add one more tortilla layer.

So good!! Gave some to my neighbor, I'll ask him what he thinks later. Every spoonful is mostly meat, so I would add more than 6 tortillas

I added Adobo to Hamburg and extra enchilada sauce to each layer and we enjoyed it. Served with black beans, Spanish Rice and tortilla chips.

It needed a bit more flavor.
