dough was a bit dry and grainey, needs less cornmeal and a little more water and shortening to get smoother dough vs. advised in the directions. definitely worth another shot just less cornmeal next time.

turned out great, i made these for the first time, and made my own spicy chicken filling, and they turned out great, love this dough recipe, cant wait to make some dessert empanadas.
