Delicious. Will prepare again. I didn't add liquid smoke (I didn't have any). As a suggestion, recipe should specify what type of mustard to use. I used yellow (squeeze) mustard and it was fine. I also added 1 1/2 cups of fresh sliced mushroom. Using an electric pressure cooker, total cook time was about 30 minutes (5 minute warm up, 13 minutes timed cooking, and 15 minutes non-vented depressurization). for a thicker sauce (suitable for serving over rice) I recommend decreasing cola by 1/4 cup. Next time I make it i will be adding 1 TBSP Sriracha sauce.
