    I've been giving my husband two teaspoons every morning and drinking elderberry plus tea myself during this extremely bad flu season of 2017/2018. We both got flu shots in October, but that combined with the elderberry syrup seems to be doing the trick! Knock on wood that we stay healthy through the next six weeks of winter.
