- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp. flour (Einkorn)
- 1/2 cup protein powder (egg white, I use NOW brand)
- 2 Tbsp. oat (fiber)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. flax meal (golden, dark flax or a mixture can be used for a darker, nuttier-tasting bread)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 3 Tbsp. psyllium husk (powder, I use NOW brand)
- 1 tsp. dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. warm water
- 1 pinch sugar
- 5 large eggs (beaten)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup egg whites (I used the ones in a carton)
- 1/2 cup boiling water (added last)
