The liver came out soft and delicious. I didn’t have any cloves so I simply didn’t add it. I however added small red peppers and a whole medium onion. Absolutely mouth watering!

I tried this for my husband and it turned out great! Prior to seeing this recipe, I didn't like liver

Amazing!
Will definitely make it again. My husband had it on a tortilla and I had it over salad. Took the leftovers to work and heated it in the microwave. Still excellent.
