The mushroom and spinach turned out perfect. Since we like our eggs over medium, we decided to not do the wells and make the eggs separately. Very delicious recipe!

It is a great easy breakfast. I was able to get ready & tend to the dish as needed :) tasty and Healthy. I paired it with a chicken sausage on the side
