Delicious recipe! I added some grated Parmesan and it added that extra flavor perfectly. Can’t wait to make again!

Delicious!! Used Marinara sauce plus canned rotello chopped tomatoes with green chilis. Doubled the onions and garlic. Used Avocado oil. Loved it!!

So good! Very simple recipe that’s sure to impress. It’s even better with a little bit of crumbled bacon or sausage mixed in. Be sure to serve it over grits or polenta, like the recipe says, to really complete the meal.

This is a staple in our house. We also fry a bit of green peppers and cook with tomatoes. I wouldn't use cumin, or turmeric or onion. Italian way is simple.

Fantastic. I adjusted the cayenne a bit for our tastes and added some jalepeno pepper. Will make again.

Easy and tasty. I went too light on the spices but that's not the recipe's fault.

Nice! I followed the suggestion of adding black beans - a great idea. Ate it with pumpernickel bread. All in all, a very nice combination of spices. I'll make this again!

I put in a can of black beans to amp up the nutrition and opted out of the polenta and bread, super tasty! Will definitely make this again.

This dish is absolutely amazing over toast and of course it is quite healthy besides maybe high salt content, consisting of mostly vegetables and eggs!

My dish came out well, even though I overcooked the eggs and missed the garlic. Really easy to control the spice.

The food was fantastic! I added a little extra on the spices and will add more garlic or try it with garlic bread next time.

great dish. I put hash browns underneath the egg sauce and it worked out well. I had to estimate on the spice portions bc I had no measuring tools so it was a little off on that. Even so I still really enjoyed it.

Could stand to be a little spicier but overall very good and easy to make
It was easier than I expected!! Came out looking good, although I let my egg yolk to get ready, I dislike a runny egg

Very tasty and simple to make! Didn't think to get grits when I was out so ate it by itself.

Easy and delicious! I didn't had paprika or turmeric so I just used curry powder and it turned out sooooo good! Ate it with a pita. Will definitely make again.

Easy to make. Great go-to when you are low on food and refuse to go to grocery. We like the clever name too, since we are Catholic. In fact, we have this often on Friday because we go meatless for our Friday penance.
