    Super easy to make and not a long time spent in the kitchen on preparation. I actually cut the peppers lengthwise so I could use them all. If they are large peppers, just add two eggs. Just pop them in the oven, and enjoy your morning coffee.

    Always perfect. Have tried this one before for Meatless Mondays and I love it. Easy, no fuss breakfast, lunch or dinner meal.
