    I’ve made this recipe several times already and I really love it. It’s so easy and you can switch it up and add any vegetables you like inside. I usually will make these on Sunday and enjoy them as a grab and go breakfast throughout the week. One tip: line the muffin pan with cupcake liners. It is a huge pain trying to scrape egg off of your muffin pan if you don’t!
