    This is delicious. I used extra sharp cheddar and sprinkled some cayenne on top. Also added mushrooms So easy to make. Great for taking to work for a healthy breakfast. Think I’ll add spinach as well next time because there will definitely be quite a few next times. It is so light and fluffy and did I mention delicious!
