    Perfect poach! Eggs were fluffy and soft. Next time will try with farm fresh eggs. Had it on a waffle instead of English muffin. Delish!

    this is a very easy recipe to follow. the hollandaise came out beautifully and the result was delicious. a definite keeper!

    Enjoyed this breakfast one morning on vacation. Directions were easy to follow and the breakfast was delicious. It is quite a few steps and uses several different dishes and bowls, so be prepared for clean up!
