So yummy, been looking for this recipe since having it In buffalo NY at Balkin Dining (no longer open) substituted lamb for ground beef.

I was excited to try this recipe! I used Greek Yogurt because I did not have sour cream. The Musaka came out good but a little dry, probably because of the lean ground beef and yogurt. I would try again but use sour cream and 80//20 ground beef instead.

Amazing and tasty meal. One note : 3 of us finished it (says for 6 people in recipe)
