These were delish! I used a slicer to get them thinner. It does take awhile in the oven, which can be good if you are working on other things. I was I a hurry so I cooked these on the electric griddle.

These are super good.
Before I had a mandolin, I cut it by hand and had thicker pieces. They didn't turn into chips, but they were great on pasta.
Now that I have one, the chips come out pretty much perfect (with a few burnt edges).
