According to everyone who has this cheesecake, it's the best they have ever had. It was super easy to make gluten-free too, I swapped a box of Annie's snickerdoodle cookies and a box of gf graham cracker crumbs for the crust. I can barter so many favours with this cake. 10/10
A giant crack invaded this cake after it cooled, I probably put too much air in the batter. I took an offset spatula *cough a palette knife* dipped it in hot water and smoothed the top out. No one needs to know I found a canyon on my cake.
edit: Putting a bowl of water in the oven with the cheesecake prevented the crack.
