  • 1 yellow cake mix (DH Butter)
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon rum
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • glaze
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 5 teaspoons eggnog
  • 1/4 teaspoon rum

    Directions

    1. Place all ingredients in large boxl; mix for 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into well greased 10" bundt pan.
    2. Bake at 350 for 41-43 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes before inverting onto serving platter.
    3. In small bowl combine sugar, extract and enought eggnog (one tsp at a time) to achieve desired consistency. Drizzle over completely cooled cake.
