Super moist and tasty. I used 4 bananas since the ones I had were on the small side of medium and reduced the sugar by 1/4 cup. Not sure what size loaf pan the author used to get 2 full sized loaves, I made 1 loaf in a 9x5x3 bread pan. There's no distinct eggnog flavor, but the flavor is richer than the average banana bread and again, it is super moist.
