I made this tonight, and I loved it! The ingredient portions were spot on. I did remove two of the egg yolks from the hard boiled eggs for personal preference. I'm single, so 6 eggs made quite a lot but I'm ok with that, I have lunch for the next couple of days. Great recipe!
