As I had so much egg white left over, I poured it into the oiled ovendish under the avocados. I toasted brown bread and put salsa, cut them diagonally, on top of one side I put the eggwhite and jalapeno and on the other three scooped out avocado. To finish I sprinkled green onion and fresh line juice all over the top of the toasts and avocado.
