Took too long to set. Then it dried out. Not sure the cottage cheese was a good substitute for just using milk.

Good versatile recipe! I needed to bake it a bit longer for it to set, but it worked, and was tasty and easy to customize based on what I have on hand, which is always nice! Also any cook who says "never to much cheese" is my kind of cook!

Amazing, I can make the 6 servings and have the week of breakfast planned for as I am currently cooking for one. Good proteins and a way to get some vegetables in my diet! So tasty.
