I had some extra bread I needed to get rid of and no meats, figured I'd give this recipe a shot, so happy I did! The salad is really tasty, love the combined flavors of the egg and the olives. If you can buy pre-chopped olives do yourself a favor - chopping 3/4 cup of olives was tedious (although worth it in the end)

This recipe was delicious. It is easy to cut in half and was still good leftover the next day. A great way to use hard boiled eggs.
