great! i added diced cherry tomatoes and sliced scallions. served it with tortillas and pico de gallo for breakfast tacos and everyone had seconds.

This is definitely a crowd pleaser! Very easy to make. I assembled it the day before and baked in the morning. All my friends raved about it.
