These are wonderful! I found them on Catherine McCord's website, Weelicious, when my son was still little. They're great for any meal and are great as leftovera, too. You can even microwave reheat and they seem to heat pretty evenly. I sometimes use black pepper rubbed bacon to add a kick and to balance out the salt. Sometimes we use maple bacon for a sweet addition. These are a long-time favorite for us all.
