    Used up 8 extra egg whites so put in a pie tin. Added some extra pesto and mustard and a few tablespoons of flour. Left out the ham and used some fading cheese that i added half way through baking. Puffed up like a souffle and made a lovely presentation. Baked for 25 min. Turned out great and a good way to use up ingredients left from other recipes.
