    I separated it into 6 egg tarts and my crust was too crumbly, it barely stood still! Maybe it needed more dough I am not too sure. As for the filling, it was quite smooth however I had a little browning on the top and giant air bubbles (which did flatten thankfully). While I am happy that I can find a way to make my favourite Chinese bakery goods, I would most definitely tweak this recipe if I was to make it again.
