  • 1 celery stalk (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • lettuce leaves (approx 4–5)
  • jalapeno peppers (Pickled, 3–4 approx)

    1. Hard boil the eggs, peel them and chop them up into small pieces.
