    It needs more of the mustard but otherthan that, it's great.

    Turned out great. I varied it a little, regular mustard, forgot the crushed peppers (darn), added pickle juice, and sweet relish.

    I love the taste of an egg salad sandwich and this one has an extra kick provided by crushed red pepper.
