- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil (like avocado oil, olive oil, or grass-fed ghee)
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 1 lb. ground pork (plain, you can sub a flavored sausage, just make sure the spices mesh with egg roll flavors)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 5 cloves garlic (4-, minced)
- 1 cup stir fry sauce (divided, see below for recipe)
- 12 oz. broccoli slaw (1 bag)
- 4 cups green cabbage (shredded, about 8-10 oz if you're using a bag from the store)
- 1/4 cup green onion (sliced)

- sriracha sauce
- white rice
- cauliflower rice (or lettuce, for wraps)
- 1/3 cup gluten free tamari (+ 2 tablespoons of, soy sauce, or coconut aminos)
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed oil (I prefer toasted but regular works, too!)
- 3 tsp. ginger powder (dried, OR 1 1/2 tablespoons of freshly grated ginger)
- 3 Tbsp. raw honey (or your favorite sweetener - omit for Whole30 or Keto)
- 15 sriracha sauce (+ drops of, optional)
- cracked black pepper (to taste)
