Turned out great for Keto cooking! Besides the ground pork added some diced shrimp meat towards the end, some fish sauce in place of acids/soy sauce. Left out the salt, but added a dash of mustard powder. Crumbled some Chile lime pork rinds just before serving to add some crunch to remind us of the crispiness of the roll wrap that we can’t have anymore.

Discovered this recipe and absolutely loved it! I learned it's easier to buy coleslaw mix and also used Jimmy Dean turkey sausage for a lower fat alternative to ground beef. Definitely a healthy food and a new favorite recipe!

Yummm!!! This recipe is wonderful! I miss being able to eat egg rolls, as I’m gluten free now. This recipe is a very close substitute and so quick and easy. I had rice paper to use, so I made spring rolls with this filling. There’s no doubt about me making this meal again.

Love this dish!! Easy to make. I added some
Enoki mushrooms and extra soy sauce. The kids loved it too!

I added mushrooms and next time will likely add more beef so that there’s more protein.

Would definitely make again! Could add more veggies next time and customize it a bit.
