- 1 tsp. baking powder

- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups egg nog (cold)
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. bourbon (good Kentucky, optional, if you do not use it, add an extra teaspoon of vanilla)
- 2 cups chopped pecans (coarsely, divided)
- glaze (Egg Nog)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 5 Tbsp. egg nog
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
