- 100 grams ground pork
- meat (Seasonings for)
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- pinch of ground pepper
- 3 sesame oil (droplets of)
- 2 Tbsp. spring onion (finely chopped, I love a lot in the fillings)
- oyster sauce
- 2 tsp. oyster sauce
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup water (stock should not be necessary as it will overpower the taste of oyster sauce)
- 1 tsp. dark soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. corn starch (mix well with 2 tbsp water for thickening)
