Already made this soup several times and it’s always fantastic.
The ginger was surprisingly good!
Have added a garnish of cilantro to change it up. This is a go-to recipe.

Was super delicious!!! Added a little bit of soy sauce. Will be making this again very soon

This was very tasty! I was out of ground ginger so used a bit of drying up fresh. I also added 1/2 tsp of soy. I will definitely make it again.

This soup is as good as it gets. I too used fresh ginger. the whole family loves it.

Really easy to make and tastes great. I included sliced carrots and they were a nice addition. I also used a cm of fresh ginger and chopped it finely. I would also recommend this as a healing soup for someone with a cold.
