Absolutely love this recipe for the family. I like to also add some corn, which goes well with this.

My favorite soup. So easy and delicious. I leave out the ginger and sesame oil in my version, which is perfect for me.

I like how my soup turned out!! The directions in this recipe is more detailed than other egg soup recipes in the app, and that’s why my soup is successfully this time :) I used very finely grated ginger in place of ground ginger (because I don’t have it) & onion salt in place of kosher salt & green onions (didn’t have them too), and the soup tasted really good still.

It tasted really good! I used bullion cubes, and I probably added a bit too much salt, but this was a really fast, easy, and tasty dish! The sesame oil really makes it too!

Need to be a little slower on my drizzling of the egg but so good. Adding the sesame oil at the end really brings out the flavor of the soup. Much better than most Chinese restaurants

Very Tasty ! I stirred the eggs to much making the egg pieces really small. I also had to stain the corn starch lumps out. After that It turned out perfect. The sesame oil really brought in the right flavor.
