Wonderful! I took the advice of one of the other comments and added fresh garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes as well as added quite a bit of ground pepper (after tasting). Will definitely be adding this to the list of lunch/dinner options!

This soup was just what I needed to detour a oncoming cold.
I added a few drops of sesame seed oil, fresh garlic, onion powder, parsley and red pepper flakes for a extra kick.
Delicious. A nice big bowl was ready in under 5 minutes.
I am on the Keto Diet so I really miss soup. This was perfect and will be my "go to soup" from now on.
One last thing.....I used reduced sodium chicken bone broth and added very, very little sea salt for taste.

I just needed a guideline ie when to put in eggs; I had no green onion so I substituted chopped, fresh coriander and add chopped parsley to the soup broth (Pacific reduced salt chicken broth)- simple and delicious!!
