    What looked like a simple recipe turned into a scrambled egg mess. The mixture was tasty like egg nog. The bake time is critical. Don't be fooled by the shaky middle. This can be easily over cooked. My oven clearly runs on the hotter side so 45 mins would've been enough because 5 minutes later the beautiful brown top that looked like a supersize creme brûlée was secretly wet scrambled eggs. I had to trash it without letting anyone sample. I'm willing to try again reluctantly...
