I've been making these for 60 years (I call them Egg Nests). I learnt to make them at Intermediate School. My family and I LOVE them. I fluff them right up, add a knob of butter in the hole, then add egg yolk. Season with salt and pepper. I serve each one on toast (we usually have 2 each) with fried bacon/grilled tomatoes for a special breakfast. Very filling and tasty. Truly delicious. NB: I can't access the directions on the website link here and the photo looks overcooked to me (don't let them get that wrinkled look). I GRILL (not Bake) them, on the toast, for about 5 mins 'ish. The eggs are still runny and just lightly cooked. So much nicer than if they're overcooked! I mention this as I can see from some of the comments that their effort has not been successful. Hopefully the tips above might help ... give it another go. :-)

It was absolutely amazing! My friends that usually don't like eggs really enjoyed it. Definitely making this again

I used to make these a year or so ago and decided to try them again. I've always loved cloud eggs but 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees in the oven for runny yolks over cooked my eggs and made the yolks incredibly dry. Not sure what I did wrong.

So yummy! The Parmesan cheese made it dreamy, the egg itself fluffy and creamy. My picky son even liked these eggs!

It was good although, I had trouble with seperating the egg yolks and the white. But overall, this was a great and fun recipe to do.

after reading the reviews of bland taste, I decided to season mine up with some pesto and seasoned salt, then topped it with shredded pepper jack. They were delicious!

They really had no flavor unless you drown them in salt and pepper. Also it took a while to make.

Definitely an interesting texture, but I liked it! Easy to make and customize the flavor to suit your tastes

I wasn’t a fan of this recipe. The taste was lacking flavor and I didn’t care for the texture of the whipped egg whites. I found it difficult to make the indentation in the middle for the egg yolks without making a mess and ruining the fluffiness of the egg whites. I can see how some people might like this but I personally didn’t. The lack of flavor and the texture ruined it for me .

It’s pretty easy to make but I feel like the egg whites were too dry, resulting in a plastic-like texture. Maybe I should put it in the oven for an even shorter time - less than 10 minutes.
