I had to double it, and it came out chalky. I added a little more vanilla extract, and a tiny bit of milk, and another half teaspoon of brown sugar. It’s perfect now!!

It’s delicious. Doesn’t make a lot of cookie dough though so I recommend making twice as much if you are making for friends and family.

I used all brown sugar and oat flour. It was an amazing indulgent treat. Perfect for 2-3 small servings.

This is definitely the best edible cookie dough recipe I've found so far. I did put in a little more vanilla but besides that it has exactly the right flavour I was looking for.
