- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 3/4 cups blanched almond flour (I used commercial flour)
- 1/3 cup chocolate (Mini, Chops recipe called for 3 oz and I eyeballed it)
- 2 Tbsp. milk (I used 3 - 4 tsp and 3 tsp is 1 tbsp)
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca starch (or Rice Flour optional and I skipped it)

Delicious each time I’ve needed a sweet treat. Tastes just like the cookie batter I make for cookies without eggs. I matched brown sugar and white sugar ratios on my second time making this and preferred it that way to how it reads in the instructions. However, next time I will probably completely switch the brown and white sugar ratios - my personal philosophy with everything is, more brown sugar.
