- 6 oz. edamame
- 1/2 cup non-fat sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves (fresh)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 3/4 cup tomatoes (chopped)
- 4 whole wheat pita bread (snack-size, each cut into 6 wedges and toasted)
- 10 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 medium carrot (cut into thin strips)

Directions
- Process edamame, sour cream, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, hot pepper sauce and garlic in food processor until smooth. Stir in chopped tomato and onion.
- Serve with pita wedges, cherry tomatoes and carrot.
- Prepare edamame according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain, then chill.
