I’ve made this now many times. It’s so delicious! I like it a bit spicy so I also add some jalapeño and 1/4 tsp minced Serrano peppers

Very satisfying and easy to make. I will be making this as a staple to curb my hunger. You may leave out the vegetables you don’t like and add what you do like. Thank you for the recipe.

Really great soup. Made it for my surgery recovery since I wasn’t very active and it was perfect to fill me up but not over eat while I wasn’t mobile.
