    Turned out amazing! I added raisins and used a little brown sugar in the bourbon sauce. It was my first time making bread pudding and I am very pleased with the results. My family really loved it!

    Excellent recipe and outcome. However, the bake time is definitely wrong - takes much longer than 30 min. I bake for 30 min covered to make sure its nice and gooey and then another 20+ min uncovered. Best served hot with vanilla ice cream 😋

    this turned out delicious. very simple to make but will add a little more sugar next time. i added pineapples and raisins and everyone loved it.

    Awesome!!!!! Soooo good and the bourbon sauce was to die for!!!! Might make it a little thicker next time by using a smaller dish.

    This was a delicious bite. Gooey in the centre and crunchy on top. You can eat it for breakfast or as a dessert; cold right out of the fridge or warmed with a topping of your choice. It was slightly on the sweet side for me hence the 4 stars. Next time I will use 1.5 cups of sugar instead of 2. Highly recommended!

    I made this bread pudding recipe today with Bourbon sauce. It is so incredibly yummy! I wouldn't change a thing about it. I'm so glad I settled on this recipe for my first attempt at bread pudding. There is absolutely no need to try another.
