Directions
- Brown ground beef in 12-inch nonstick skillet; drain. Stir in Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Mexican Rice, black beans and water; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until rice is tender. Let stand about 2 minutes.
- Serve, if desired, with warm flour tortillas and your favorite Mexican toppings.
