- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1 pinch dried thyme
- 1 pinch dried sage
- 1 cup turkey (diced leftover, diced fairly small)
- 1/4 cup diced celery (finely)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (thinly)
- ground black pepper
- salt
- 4 whole wheat pita bread (halves, for South Beach Diet be sure the label says 100% whole wheat flour)
- 1/2 cup salsa (Trina's Fresh Cranberry)
