This was a great, quick meal! Since I live in Hawaii, I always have precooked shrimp around from leftovers from farm purchases I just cook off & freeze while at it. This, combined with some Cajun andouille sausage, chopped onion, halved cherry tomatoes and sliced squash, thrown into a mix of butter and olive oil, and some N'Orleans cajun spice in a cast iron created a perfect skillet meal for my husband and I!
