- 1 tsp. allspice (powder, available in any Middle Eastern store)
- 1/2 garlic paste (ginger)
- salt (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (powder)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pod garlic (peeled)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 bread (Arabic, you can even use pita bread or whole wheat tortilla wraps)
- 1 cup cucumbers (diced)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup lettuce leaves (thinly sliced)
