Very good I added spiraled yellow squash. Couldn’t get the sauce creamy as I thought

This was tasty, but not as saucy as I expected. The cheese “sauce” was rather thick when I put it in the skillet, and it didn’t melt into a sauce-like consistency. However, when I put it in with the zoodles, the moisture from the zucchini thinned the sauce, so it mixed well as I tossed it together. I did add a minced garlic clove into the olive oil and sautéed with the zucchini noodles, which I think added a nice flavor. Next time I make this, I might use more cream cheese or double the overall sauce portion.

Good sauce, but I should've dried off the zucchini noodles more. It might be nice to try frying/grilling the noodles first

I made my noodles and they were a bit too sour for my taste.( It could have been the cream cheese I used.) But, overall this is a great base recipe meaning it would be better to modify it with spices or adding milk. I would definitely recommend this to people looking to limit carbs.

Made this last night and it was wonderful. I did add minced garlic to the oil but I am a garlic lover. Definitely a must make again.

Man oh man was this delicious!!! I was a shy on the 1lb of zucchini by a few ounces so I ended up eating all of it haha. I added a dash of salt and pepper to taste. I also cooked the noodles for about 6 minutes. I prefer mine a tad more tender! The Alfredo sauce really was lovely. Great recipe :)

I substituted the salt with soy sauce and cooked it the same way to make it a more savory meal as the main ingridient was too bland and it was enjoyed by all.

I made this last night and it was so delicious that my husband asked if I could make it again tonight. Only thing is the serving for 4 barely serves 2 if having for a main dish.
