- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper (freshly)
- 1 can kidney (light, black, or pinto beans, drained)

- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 15 oz. beef broth (or equivalent concentrated beef bouillon dissolved in 15 oz. water)

Good but I added a can of tomato paste and a tablespoon of sugar. Makes 6 servings, 1 1/2 cups each.

Very good. Added a little more heat as it was a little too mild for my taste. Otherwise it exceeded our expectations. Thanks

My chili turned out great! I could have used a little more seasoning to make it a little spicier, but it was still really good. They only things that I changed were that I used two different kinds of onions, I really like red onions, and two different kinds of peppers. Added Franks Red Hot or Sriracha while serving it made it turn out just right. Was even good as leftovers!
