- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (PERDUE® PERFECT PORTIONS®, sliced in half lengthwise)
- 2 cups orzo (cooked, or your favorite pasta)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 Tbsp. italian seasoning
- 1 dash salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 cloves garlic (fresh, minced)
- 14 oz. fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil (I used garlic infused olive oil)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (finely)
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- chicken breasts (SIDE NOTE!!! If the, are already thin you don't need to cut them in half. I like to cut the thicker pieces in half long wise to get more servings and to reduce cook time. Chicken should ALWAYS reach 165 degrees F before serving! Oven temperatures may vary, so please check your chicken before serving.)
